Sales & Admin Assistant 
Responsibilities:
  • General admin support to sales & service team
  • Attend to sales enquires and prepare quotations to customers
  • Responsible for the order processing and active follow up until order completion 
  • Perform housekeeping of filing and documentation
  • Willing to undertake ad-hoc assignment

 

Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE "O" Level
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience 
  • Effectively bilingual - either English / Mandarin or English / Malay  
  • Good interpersonal and communication  skills with a pleasant and friendly voice
  • PC Literate and proficient in MS office software applications
  • Responsible, Resourceful and strong customer focus
